Tiffany was just sitting down with her coffee, reflecting on another busy week of closings when a thought crossed her mind. “If I had a dollar for every time someone forgot to add a name to their contract, I could buy a beach house!”

When a buyer’s name isn’t included from the start, that person legally can’t be added to the title or loan documents without an official amendment ... meaning more signatures, more approvals, and more stress.
