We are seeking a Marketing Representative for the 30A and Destin area in Florida. This position involves identifying and meeting with the area’s commercial real estate agents and lenders to build relationships that enable you to sell our title and closing services/experience. We are proud of our team of dedicated professionals here on the beautiful Emerald Coast.

A day in the life of a Setco Marketing Representative:

What You Do

  • Live the culture and mission of Setco Services in all dealings and communications with your team, agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers, building trust and company reputation.
  • Develop and continuously improve your knowledge in the title business and promote the benefits of Setco and the overall closing process
  • Know, promote and sell an unmatched standard of excellent service
  • Develop and build relationships with clients
  • Research and identify potential clients in the market by reviewing target lists, social media, and other sources.
  • Gather client expectations and preferences to understand their unique personalities and needs.
  • Set up meetings and create events with clients and closers
  • Continuously identify opportunities for connection and build trust and partnerships.
  • Identify, create and organize community events to build and win business.
  • Reflect a high level of responsiveness through cell and email
  • Work toward individual and team closed file goals and constant communication with the closing team.
  • Utilize Qualia software to gather pertinent information, run reports, and track results
  • Prepare weekly business development summary to management.

What You Need

  • Sales and or sales management experience, competitive drive to produce measurable results, to be the best, and win business
  • Proven successful sales and account management experience preferred, prospecting and building a network for new business opportunities and referrals.
  • Natural working with people building trusting relationships and an internal drive to influence others
  • Consultation and presentation skills fielding challenging questions during presentations.
  • Previous experience in the title, mortgage, or real estate industry strongly preferred
  • Excellent follow-through and organizational skills
  • Ability to set and manage priorities, manage multiple tasks and deliverables
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media, and technology

We are proud of our team here on the beautiful Emerald Coast. We are growing and looking for a Closing Specialist for our Crestview, Miramar Beach, Pace, Port Saint Joe, and Santa Rosa Beach offices. Are you a hard-working individual that loves the challenge of working with detail, assuring accuracy, and completing a task? Do you like the responsibility of verification of a process to ensure that all steps are fully executed?

A day in the life of a Closing Specialist:

  • Understand your job and how important it is to live the culture and mission of Setco Services in all dealings and communications
  • Work closely with your team to close timely real estate transactions.
  • Review file for accuracy and completion per company policy
  • Review and prepare accurate closing documents
  • Work with a lender to complete the Closing Disclosure, ensuring all fees for balance between parties.
  • Accurate, efficient, and timely receipt of wires, balance file, and disburse closing funds
  • Confirm receipt of payoff, termite inspection, survey, HOA, and other documents
  • Review and verify executed documents for accuracy and completion
  • Submit a final file to the Post Closing team for audit
  • Handle internal and external communication and provide documentation as requested.
  • Work in a paperless environment utilizing proprietary title and escrow software.

Here is what you need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software programs a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to details
  • Comfortable working independently and with the team to follow a strict policy to complete the closing process
  • Enjoy working on several projects at once that require frequent shifts in direction and prioritization
  • Dependable and trustworthy who cares about getting things done timely
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a natural ability to continuously improve processes
  • Previous experience working in banking, legal, appraisal, and other similar positions preferred
  • Florida Title Agent License a plus

A day in the life of a Processing Specialist:

  • Understand your job and how important it is to live the culture and mission of Setco Services in all dealings and communications
  • Work closely with your team and with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers to process timely real estate transactions from set-up to closing.
  • Greet and welcome clients to our office and answer incoming phone lines
  • Enter accurate information and documents into our secure processing software.
  • Order services, i.e., title search, lien searches, payoffs, and other required information and documents.
  • Verify accuracy and completion of required documentation and ensure proper signatures, dates, and other critical information necessary to close
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with an average pipeline of 20-40 working files
  • Schedule closing dates in coordination with contract, lender, buyer, seller.
  • Scan closed file documents into a secured processing software.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience or educational equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience working with computers and software
  • Keen attention to details
  • Multitasking skills and enjoy working on several projects at once that requires frequent shifts in direction
