Wade has always been passionate about the needs and goals of his customers, and has plenty of experience taking care of them. After earning his Bachelors degree in Business Administration he has spent over 15 years of his career being an entrepreneur. Now as Setco’s Marketing and Business Development Executive for the Destin and 30a Offices, he is excited to bring that experience to new and existing customers. Having grown up spending a majority of his time at a Family Beach House in Blue Mountain Beach, Wade loves the area and has seen it undergo many changes over the years. Wade is a 30a local, has a background in Real Estate, and knows the ins and outs of Real Estate Transactions as well as the Real Estate Market along the Emerald Coast. Wade will make sure your experience with Setco is the best experience you have ever had with a Title Company, and earn your business with 24/7 availability and call Response. On a personal note Wade loves music, the gulf, golf, and watching his kids play sports for their local School. He has 2 Children Britt and Parker Cotton who attend Emerald Coast Middle School. After earning my Bachelors degree in Business Administration at Auburn University and Faulkner in Montgomery, I spent over 15 years of my career being a self-employed entrepreneur. I was a Manager and part owner of a family business in Alabama that has operated since 1949. CEO of Delta Lighting and Supply is another one of the many titles I have held. As an experienced Licensed Realtor in Florida, I know what it takes to run a successful business. Now a proud member of the Setco's Team, I am excited to bring that same experience and a peace of mind to new and seasoned customers.
