Lisa is our Office Manager and Closer of our Panama City Office. Lisa has lived in Bay County for over 20 years and has a great connection to the Bay County community. After graduating College she worked as a business owner for several years and then found her niche as a Realtor in Bay County for over 8 years. Lisa was a member of Bay County Association of Realtors, Graduated from the Leadership Development Class and continued to be a top selling agent for her company. She is currently active with the Bay County Association of Realtors as an affiliate, and actively serves on the Communications Committee. After a brief hiatus from the Real Estate Community, Lisa became a part of our Setco Family as a processer, and then quickly moved into the position of Closer. With her vast knowledge of the Real Estate vocabulary, her understanding of how to read contracts, as well asher ability to connect with buyers and sellers, Lisa was able to transition quickly to the “title” side of the transaction and conduct the closings with equal professionalism. Lisa loves being able to stay connected to her Real Estate Community and feels it is an asset to understand the transaction from the Realtors standpoint and tie it all together with the Lender and the Title Company for a smooth and successful closing. When Lisa is not at work, you will find her enjoying all Bay County has to offer, spending time with family and friends and especially time with her grandchildren. During college football season, she will be rooting on her favorite team, the Florida State Seminoles…Go NOLES!!
