Lien Search Coordinator
Born and raised by the beaches of the east coast in Virginia Beach, VA before moving to Crestview Florida with my family in February 2017. After graduating high school with honors and an advanced degree I attended college to pursue my interest in law and studied Criminal Justice and Business Administration. While in college, began working with a local management company, where I handled all marketing aspects and new corporate accounts as the Marketing & Promotions Manager as well as assisted the Special Events Coordinator.
Shortly after having my son in 2006, I began working with a newly organized Title and Settlement Company and their affiliated Real Estate Law Firm. Since then, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in Real Estate law, Title & Settlement and most recently, residential mortgage transactions as a Mortgage Loan Closer. I continued to push myself even further in ensuring a high level of quality in the work I did and did so by personally, as well as assisting with management, to organize and enforce certain policies and procedures to maintain the best quality customer service and product generated by the firm or company my name backed.
In 2014, I personally headed the organization and implementation of new procedures firm wide in preparation for the new CFPB issued TILA/RESPA regulations (or TRID). During this time, I personally researched and trained on the new regulations as well as evaluating existing policies and procedures of the firm in order to create what became the firm’s Policies and Procedures handbook and ALTA’s Best Practice’s Handbook.
In September 2015, I was recruited by a well known Mortgage Company to assist in forming a “TRID TEAM”. My initial duties were to create, train, evaluate and test new procedures to be implemented ahead of the TRID release in October 2015. During this time, I was given the opportunity to learn the mortgage loan process and began closing loans in 18 states.
Currently, I am excited and very honored to be a part of such an extraordinary team here at Setco Services, LLC.
Hobbies...THE BEACH! I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else! Spending time with my husband and son is most important. And I also like participating in group events where there is an opportunity to meet new people.

Impacts of the Trump Administration on Real Estate

Home sales have seemed untouched (so far) by the mortgage deduction loss. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), found that in 2018, one out of every five taxpayers claimed deductions; however, this year, that number dropped to one in every ten. This number was also much lower for families who earn less than $100,000 a year.
