Jordan Reichek, a Closing Assistant in Panama City Beach, joined SETCO Services in 2015 where she began her career in our Seacrest office and then moved out to the Panama City Beach office. Jordan was born in Houston, Texas but grew up in South Florida for thirteen years before finally landing in the panhandle of Florida. Jordan thoroughly enjoys working for SETCO; however, in her time off, she enjoys the beach, dining out with family and friends, and cheering on the Florida Gators and Dallas Cowboys.

When it comes to sales we’ve seen more this year than we did last year. When we look at the condo-townhouse market, total sales closed was 29,539 in 3Q. That total was up 2.2% from last year’s 3Q.
