George T. Brannon Sr, Esq. received his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1976 from Memphis State University where he graduated with honors. In 1979, Mr. Brannon was appointed as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Germantown, Tennessee. In 1980, he became City Attorney, a position that he held for four years. Mr. Brannon launched his real estate closing career in 1984 from a single office in Germantown, Tennessee. Over the course of the next decade, Mr. Brannon expanded his practice to include three offices and a staff of twelve. In 1999, Mr. Brannon relocated to Florida's northern Gulf Coast where he founded Southern Escrow and Title, which later became SETCO Services, L.L.C. Since that time, SETCO has grown from a single office in Miramar Beach, to a total of six offices and a staff of 26.
