A Day in the Life of the Front Desk Coordinator

  1. Understand your job and how important it is to live the culture and mission of Setco Services in all dealings and communications.
  2. Greet clients and visitors with a positive, friendly attitude.
  3. Manage incoming calls for all offices.
  4. Inventory and manage office supplies across all offices.
  5. Manage incoming and outgoing mail for our Miramar Beach office.
  6. Notarize documents as needed.
  7. Coordinate and track title update orders for all offices.
  8. Ensure reception area, conference rooms and common areas are organized and presentable.
  9. Assist with various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and scanning.
  10. Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  11. Maintain a high level of discretion in dealing with confidential documents.

What You Need

  1. High school diploma or GED
  2. Legal experience preferred
  3. Keen attention to details
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, to include Excel
  6. Ability to learn company software programs
  7. Multitasking skills and enjoy working on several projects at once that requires frequent shifts in direction
  8. A dependable and trustworthy team member that cares about getting things done
  9. Love working with people and interacting with various personalities
  10. High energy and drive that thrives in a fast-paced environment
  11. A proactive style that has a natural ability to overcommunicate
